December 28, 2016 - Ravleen & Navdeep from Abbotsford Traditional Middle School did random acts of kindness in their neighbourhood and raised $47.51 for Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
December 19, 2016 - We would like to thank Manny from Deol Group , Natasha and their newborn son for coming in and making a donation to Abbotsford Regional Hospital pediatric and maternity units. Instead of individual client gifts this year, they decided to make a donation to the hospital.
December 12, 2016 - Corrections Canada came to the Pediatrics Unit at Abbotsford Regional Hospital to hand out stuffed dogs to all the kids. Sherri Lalonde, Child Life Specialist made a good friend in the mascot.
December 1, 2016 - Chilliwack Division of Family Practice joined us at our "It's A Wonderful Breakfast" fundraiser and donated $500.00 towards the Centennial Legacy Project which benefits the Chilliwack General Hospital Eye Centre
November 24, 2016 - Without the support of local business like RE/MAX Little Oak Realty, we could not purchase equipment for the pediatrics unit at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and add some colour in the nurses station with this new mural. It really makes the area brighter and a bit easier for all the kids who come in.
October 17, 2016 - Every year on her birthday, Mia brings in the money she has collected over the year in her piggy bank named Carlos. She designates the funds towards paediatrics. This year she raised $284.50. Happy birthday Mia! And thanks for being such a great supporter of the hospital.
October 11, 2016 - Lions Club International Foundation donated $100,000 towards the Centennial Legacy Project benefiting the Chilliwack General Hospital Regional Eye Centre
October 1, 2016 - Mission Health Care Auxilary try out the new ultrasound machine they helped purchase. The new ultrasound machine will help hospital staff provide more ultrasounds and increase patient centered care for the community of Mission and surrounding communities.
September 22, 2016 - An echocardiogram unit has been added to the imaging department, giving local doctors another tool to provide better health care for patients in the are.

July 28, 2016 - Thank you to Spectra Energy for being a great community supporter. They donated $5,000 – half of it going to health care in Hope and the other half going to health care in Agassiz / Harrison Hot Springs.
June 20, 2016 - The Royal Canadian Legion – Branch #57 in Mission donated $5,000 with $2,500 going to the residents of TRIM and $2,500 going to Christine Morrison Hospice. Thank you for this great donation!
June 13, 2016 - We received a surprise in the mail from 8 year old Leland Noble in Banff. He raised $2,829.67 in memory of his Aunt Layla and donated it to Abbotsford Regional Hospital. The letter read: “This cheque included, for $2,829.67 was raised by 8 year old Leland Noble. He cut off 9 inches of his hair which he’d been growing for two years. He fundraised for the month of April by doing a bottle drive and collecting monetary donations. He wants the money to go directly to the Palliative Care Unit at ARH in memory of his Aunt Layla Locke, who passed away.
March 24, 2016 - With the raffle of team jerseys and a 50/50, The Chilliwack Cheifs helped Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation raise over $3,000 for mental health!
February 19, 2016 - A HUGE THANK YOU to the ladies of Crystal Gala who gave $250,000.00 toward the new Abbotsford Breast Health Centre in Abbotsford Regional Hospital. This centre couldn’t have been opened without your hard work and dedication to this project.
February 11, 2016 - The Chilliwack Firefighters Charitable Society stopped by with $1,500.00 in support of men and women’s cancer.

Emily made “owie owls” & “boo boo bears” and sold them around Christmas time. They are made of muslin fabric and jasmine rice that you warm up. She chose to donate partial proceeds of the sales to the NICU unit at Abbotsford Regional Hospital! $200! Way to go Emily! She wants to become a pediatrician when she gets older.

December 23, 2015 - Thank you to Shoppers Drug Mart stores #260 (Gateway Medical) and #205 (Sevenoaks) for your generous support of $7,096 towards women’s health and the breast health centre at Abbotsford Regional Hospitals. The Shoppers Drug Mart Life Foundation raised $7,096.00 with their Tree of Life campaign.
