The Cardiac Rehab Program is designed to help support clients to begin or restart an exercise program after they have had a heart attack, heart surgery, angioplasty or for those who are at high risk for a heart event.

Cardiac Rehab helps clients regain their strength, increase their health confidence and reduce their risk of having a future event.

Purchase a heart on the cardiac rehabilitation wall to support ongoing programs and equipment within the cardiac rehab unit. Receipts are given for donations over $25.00

• $100 – $499 Small heart
• $500 – $999 Medium heart
• $1,000 plus Large heart
