Event in Abbotsford involves participants climbing laps of almost 600 steps each

Health Care Foundation holds 2nd annual Step Up 4 for Cardiac Health

The Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation (FVHCF) holds the second annual Step Up 4 Cardiac Health on Saturday, Feb. 9.

The event begins at 9 a.m. at Abbotsford Centre and involves participates completing as many laps as they can. Each lap is 596 steps and takes about seven minutes to complete.
