RULES OF PLAY

  • Tickets can be purchased by completing this Healthy Harvest form and dropping it off at one of our offices, faxing it to 604-851-4898 or emailing it back to info@fvhcf.ca.
  • The funds will be withdrawn through Fraser Health payroll deduction.
  • Proceeds of the Healthy Harvest 50/50 will be used to purchase priority equipment for our hospitals and health care facilities.
  • Participants must be full-time, part-time or casual, Fraser Health Authority employee
  • Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older. If a winning ticket bears a minor’s name, the prize will be lawfully delivered on behalf of the minor to the minor’s parent, legal guardian or trustee
  • FVHCF staff and Board of Directors are not permitted to participate in the lottery.
  • Draws take place every two weeks on the Monday following payday between 2-4pm at our Abbotsford Regional Hospital office. An email will be sent out to all sites to announce the winner.
  • Winners name will be announced through weekly hospital email and our Foundation newsletter.
  • You can sign up for the Healthy Harvest with any time. The Foundation will contact you annually to confirm and renew your enrollment.
  • Winners do not have to be present at the draw to win.
  • Information provided is for internal use only.
  • The lottery is not considered a charitable donation by the Canada Revenue Agency and is therefore not eligible for a tax receipt.
  • Gaming Regulations stipulate all players must reapply annually
