Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation (FVHCF) hosted the 7^th Annual Step Up 4 Cardiac Health on Sunday, February 25, 2024.

Local residents “Stepped Up 4 Cardiac Health” at the Abbotsford Centre which began with a quick warm up with Yoshia Burton from Innovative Fitness, Abbotsford.

“It was great to see so many people come out on a Sunday morning in support of Heart Health,” says Liz Harris, Executive Director of FVHCF. “We would like to thank our Presenting Sponsor, EcoTex Health Care Linen Services for their continued support not only financially but by bringing out their family, friends and staff to participate in this worthy cause. It was an honour to have Deputy Mayor Patricia Driessen come by to welcome the group along with Councilman Mark Warkentin.”

The top fundraiser this year goes to Bryan Bartsch from EcoTex Healthcare Linen Services, Most Laps for Female was a 3-way tie between Luisa Trotter, Melody Manuel & Jennifer Berg, Most Laps for Male goes to Peter Schofield, Most Laps for youth is Quin Bartsch and the Best Costume goes to Sasha Rae Saunders and her 2 boys Elliot and Miles.
