Another sold-out fashion show in Hope!

Saturday, April 22, 2023, saw the Royal Canadian Legion Hall transformed into an evening of food fun and fashion. The Spring Fashion Show was a partnership presentation of the Auxiliary to the Fraser Canyon Hospital and Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation (FVHCF).

The sold-out show raised $22,500 to help fund needed equipment such as a medicine dispensing unit for the Emergency Department.  On the runway models highlighted fashion from the Little Shop of Hope – located in the Fraser Canyon Hospital, Lolly’s Fashion Lounge, Hunni’s, Magnolia and Oak, Ronald Allan, Champagne & Lace, Black and Lee.  On top of these shops, the T-shirts of Hope stole the show with local models such as Mayor Vic Smith ending with youth from HMI Skate Park.

“Once again the fashion show committee has outdone themselves.” Said Liz Harris Executive Director, FVHCF. “Our partnership with the Auxiliary allows us both to do greater things for the community of Hope.”

The Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation and the Auxiliary to Fraser Canyon Hospital continue to fund vital equipment and programs for Fraser Canyon Hospital. All funds raised in Hope will directly support the Fraser Canyon Hospital.

If you would like to support the greatest need at Fraser Canyon Hospital you can make donations online with FVHCF at fvhcf.ca/donate or the Auxiliary at www.auxiliaryhopehospital.weebly.com.
