Mother’s Day run a huge success!
Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation (FVHCF) hosted the 23rd Annual Run for Mom on Sunday, May 14th at the Vedder Trail in Chilliwack with a record-high registration.
“The turnout for Run for Mom was fantastic,” said Liz Harris, Executive Director FVHCF “We had 163 attendees who helped raise $5,900.00 for the Maternity Department at Chilliwack General Hospital. These funds are used to purchase supplies and needed equipment in your community”
“It was great to see so many families out to support the foundation and the community of Chilliwack.” Said Liz “We loved seeing the 3 Generations for Run for Mom participate in this year’s run with dad/grandpa cheering them on at the finish line.”
